Physiotherapy
What inspired you to pursue a career in physiotherapy?
I have always played many sports, and am quite passionate about healthy-active living. I believe that movement, nutrition, and exercise are all important components of a happy and healthy lifestyle, and a career in physiotherapy has been a fantastic way to share those passions with others, helping them get back to living full and active lives on their own terms.
What do you enjoy most about physiotherapy?
As a physiotherapist, I have the unique opportunity in helping people overcome their pain and achieve their goals. I am so grateful for the opportunity to help people take control of their health, and I enjoy being inspired on a daily basis by clients who become committed to making positive changes in their lives. Being a part of that process for each individual is by far the best part of my job.
What techniques and treatments do you bring to the team?
I completed my Honours Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University, as well as a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. Since graduating, I have taken courses in acupuncture, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, sport taping, soft-tissue release, and manual therapy.
How do you like to spend your time outside of the clinic?
When I’m not at the clinic, you might find me eating some wings, watching Leaf games, and keeping active as often as I can. Most importantly, I cherish any time that I get to spend with my loved ones; my family and friends have shaped me into the individual that I am today.

Chiropractic Care
What inspired you to pursue a career in Chiropractic?
A knee injury in high school led me to chiropractic therapy, which helped me play again and delay surgery. This life-changing experience showed me the incredible benefits of chiropractic care, inspiring me to give back and help others reclaim their lives.
What do you enjoy most about Chiropractic?
From my own experience chiropractic care can be influential in people regaining control of their lives and ensuring injuries do not define who they are or limit their potential.
What certifications do you have/what courses have you taken?
I’m currently focused on expanding my knowledge and skills, with plans to pursue certifications in acupuncture and functional assessments in the future.
How do you like to spend your time outside of the clinic?

Registered Massage Therapy
What was your inspiration to become an RMT?
From a young age, my mom always told me that I have healing hands. In addition to this, along with playing recreational sports and other personal experiences, I found how the human body works, heals and responds to human touch to be quite fascinating. Together, this motivated me to pursue a career in massage therapy.
What do you enjoy most about being an RMT?
I enjoy helping people get back feeling their best again and working with people to provide the many benefits of massage therapy.
What techniques and treatments do you specialize in?
I use a client centred approach which involves understanding clients personalized goals and investigating the root cause of the dysfunction and pain. My treatment techniques vary from deep tissue to relaxation, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, passive stretching, and muscle energy techniques just to name a few.
How do you like to spend your time ourside of the clinic?
During my spare time I enjoy spending time with friends and family, reading books, going to the gym, and enjoying long nature walks.
